Manpower Belgium is seeking a Facility Manager for the store infrastructure in the Izegem region. You will oversee the smooth operation of buildings, technical installations, and the supporting services, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain safety and efficiency.

This role requires experience in facilities or building management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or building management or similar coordinating role.
• Familiar with technical installations and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and structured work approach.
• Excellent communication with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Administrative skills with documentation and reporting.
• Initiative and solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the proper operation of buildings and technical facilities.
• Plan audits and inspections and follow up on actions.
• Serve as point of contact for external service providers.
• Manage contracts, claim files and facilities projects.
• Maintain and update technical documents, permits and certifications.
• Monitor budgets and invoices, explore cost savings.
• Initiate improvement projects around infrastructure and safety.
