Job summary

Falk & Ross Group is seeking a Programme Manager to deliver a Shopify Plus B2B platform across 31 European markets, with tight integration to Akeneo PIM, Bynder DAM, Salesforce CRM, HubSpot Marketing, and ERP layers.

You will own platform scope, governance, multi-market rollout, and the vendor ecosystem, coordinating 70 reseller API customers and ensuring a clean cutover from legacy systems to the future Data Hub.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading a B2B eCommerce platform end-to-end.
• Experience running multi-workstream delivery programmes and budgets.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent structured programme methodology.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management across IT, finance, and commercial.
• English required; French/Dutch/German advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Shopify Plus B2B implementation across multiple markets.
• Govern vendor relationships and overall project governance.
• Define integration patterns with Akeneo, Bynder, Salesforce, HubSpot, and ERP.
• Coordinate multi-country rollout with language, currency, VAT localization.
• Present status, risks, and investment decisions to Executive Sponsor.
