dear digital is expanding its Shopify team and seeks a Shopify Consultant to bridge Sales, Development and Clients. You’ll design the optimal e‑commerce architecture and guide shops to integrate smoothly into a broader IT ecosystem.

You will lead multiple Shopify (Plus) projects, coordinate designers and developers, manage budgets and timelines, and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital project management experience, preferably in e-commerce or tech.
• Organized, structured, proactive, capable of managing multiple projects.
• Clear communication with clients, developers, designers and stakeholders.
• Strong affinity with UX/UI design, e-commerce, and Shopify.
• Thrives in an Agile environment, managing sprints and releases.
• Goal-oriented with balance between flexibility and decisive actions.
• Proven leadership to motivate teams and drive collaboration.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple Shopify (Plus) projects, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
• Translate business goals into clear project plans with clients.
• Coordinate designers and developers through the build process.
• Ensure a smooth, structured workflow between designers, developers and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and scope to meet/exceed expectations.
• Coach and motivate the team to perform at their best.
• Identify opportunities for optimization for client shops and internal processes.
