Tempo-Team is seeking a Shift Leader for a leading automotive logistics company based in Ghent, Belgium. You will lead and guide a warehouse team to ensure productivity, efficiency, and safety while meeting daily production deadlines.

You will plan, coordinate and monitor warehouse activities, optimize layouts to reduce bottlenecks, and maintain high standards for safety and KPI reporting. The role requires hands-on leadership and close collaboration with maintenance teams.

For a leading company in automotive logistics located in Ghent, we are looking for a Shift Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the warehouse operations, guiding a team to guarantee productivity, efficiency, and safety.

• leading the warehouse team by giving daily briefings, monitoring performances, and providing feedback
• planning, scheduling, and managing daily warehouse activities to meet production deadlines
• optimizing the warehouse layout and workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• monitoring the timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of incoming and outgoing goods
• maintaining safety standards and company policies by performing regular audits and implementing corrective actions
• monitoring the condition of warehouse equipment (such as forklifts and conveyors) and collaborating with the maintenance team
• preparing and submitting reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
• documenting operational procedures and ensuring team members understand and comply with them
