Tempo-Team NV (Belgium) is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a warehouse team and ensure productive, safe operations. You will supervise daily activities, manage schedules, optimize layouts, and monitor KPIs to meet production deadlines.

You should have a relevant degree, strong leadership, and experience in logistics. Fluency in English and a forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one are preferred assets in a fast-paced environment.

For a leading company in automotive logistics located in Ghent, we are looking for a Shift Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the warehouse operations, guiding a team to guarantee productivity, efficiency, and safety.

• leading the warehouse team by giving daily briefings, monitoring performances, and providing feedback
• planning, scheduling, and managing daily warehouse activities to meet production deadlines
• optimizing the warehouse layout and workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• monitoring the timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of incoming and outgoing goods
• maintaining safety standards and company policies by performing regular audits and implementing corrective actions
• monitoring the condition of warehouse equipment (such as forklifts and conveyors) and collaborating with the maintenance team
• preparing and submitting reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
• documenting operational procedures and ensuring team members understand and comply with them
