WLG in Mons, Belgium is seeking a senior Microsoft infrastructure engineer to design, build and run the enterprise platform and identity services. You will be responsible for architecture, deployment, hardening and ongoing operation of the Microsoft stack in secure, governed environments.

The role focuses on Active Directory, federation, PKI, SharePoint and hybrid Azure with automation pipelines, while collaborating with security and IT service teams in a multinational defence setting.

Qualifications

• Six+ years designing and running Microsoft enterprise infra.
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, group policy and federation knowledge.
• PKI, certificate lifecycle and TLS expertise.
• SharePoint deployment, security, and lifecycle management; MS 365/hybrid environments.
• Practical Azure experience with pipelines and IaC automation.
• Experience with IT service management and documenting infrastructure for teams.
• English proficiency for professional work in multinational setting.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure, operate and troubleshoot Microsoft enterprise infra in secure environments.
• End-to-end Windows Server platforms: architecture, deployment, hardening, patching, migration and monitoring.
• Administer Active Directory: domains, forests, trusts, policies, authentication and DNS integration.
• Be the expert on identity: AD FS, Entra ID, federation, open-source stacks.
• Build and manage PKI, certificates and lifecycle management.
• Run on-prem SharePoint: site architecture, permissions, taxonomy, search, CMS.
• Design secure integrations with Atlassian stack, Power BI, Splunk, and SQL Server.
• Support cloud reference environment and pipelines: source control, CI/CD, config mgmt.
• Automate with PowerShell and IaC for repeatable work.
• Adhere to security standards, remediating findings from reviews.
• Provide incident, problem, change, config and release process leadership.
• Advise on platform direction for resilience, availability and scale.
