WLG in Norfolk, Virginia is seeking a hands-on SharePoint and Power Platform specialist to administer, configure and improve SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, metadata, views and navigation.

The role designs information architecture, builds Power Apps and Power Automate flows, integrates with Dataverse, and troubleshoots to root cause, while ensuring access controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Recent end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions you built and deployed personally.
• At least twelve months in the last 24 performing hands-on work on these solutions.
• At least two of the last five years in SharePoint administration and information architecture with hands-on work in the last two.
• Demonstrated work on permissions and access controls, plus information architecture or metadata design.
• Fluent professional English.
• Note: directing/supervising others' work alone does not meet this requirement.

Responsabilités

• Administering, configuring and improving SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, views, permissions and navigation.
• Designing information structures that make content findable and access controlled.
• Building and maintaining Power Apps applications that replace manual forms and spreadsheet-based collection.
• Building Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, routing and data synchronisation.
• Integrating SharePoint, Lists, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse into integrated solutions.
• Configuring forms, business rules, validation, workflow states and role-based access.
• Supporting digitisation across approved environments, including classified ones.
• Troubleshooting to root cause and fixing within delegated authority.
