WLG is seeking a hands-on SharePoint and Power Platform administrator for a long-term engagement in Norfolk, Virginia, with relocation supported under a NATO-5 visa. You will manage and extend the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, working directly on configuration, automation and information architecture.

This role requires practical delivery of end-to-end solutions, strong English communication and a track record of hands-on SharePoint administration, Power Apps, and Power Automate in complex

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, business information technology or equivalent experience.
• Recent end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions you built and deployed personally.
• At least twelve months inside the last twenty-four doing that hands on.
• At least two of the last five years in SharePoint administration and information architecture, with hands-on work inside the last two.

Responsabilités

• Administer SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, views, permissions and navigation.
• Design information structures that make content findable and access controlled.
• Build and maintain Power Apps applications replacing manual forms and spreadsheet collection.
• Build Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, routing, task coordination and data synchronisation.
• Combine SharePoint, Lists, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse into integrated solutions.
