Wlgroup is seeking a hands-on SharePoint and Power Platform administrator for relocation to Norfolk, USA. You will administer and enhance SharePoint sites and Power Apps, build Power Automate flows, and design information structures for controlled access.

This role requires delivering end-to-end Microsoft 365/Power Platform solutions with hands-on experience. You will work directly on configurations, permissions and integrations, supporting digitisation across environments, including classified

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Recent hands-on delivery of Microsoft 365/Power Platform solutions.
• Hands-on SharePoint administration in the last two years.
• Experience with permissions, access controls and information architecture.
• Experience delivering integrated Power Platform solutions.

Aufgaben

• Administer, configure and improve SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, views, permissions and navigation.
• Design information structures that enable findability and access control.
• Build and maintain Power Apps applications that replace manual forms and spreadsheet-based collection.
• Create Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, routing, task coordination and data synchronisation.
• Integrate SharePoint, Power Platform components and Dataverse into cohesive solutions.
• Configure forms, rules, validation, workflow states and role-based access.
• Connect with approved data sources and enterprise applications via connectors.
• Support digitisation across approved environments, including classified ones.
• Troubleshoot to root cause and fix within delegated authority.
• Document configurations, application logic, data structures, permissions and dependencies.
