Keystone Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow CSM Developer to design, configure and implement CSM solutions in alignment with predefined business requirements. You will work with the CSM Architect and a business analyst to deliver CSM 2.0, emphasizing standard functionality and best practices to ensure a scalable, upgradeable platform.

The role requires hands‑on CSM experience, strong scripting skills (JavaScript/GlideScript), and familiarity with Flow Designer/UI Builder, REST/SOAP integrations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ICT or equivalent; 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Hands‑on experience with the CSM module and standard CSM capabilities.
• Fluency in Dutch or French with English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement CSM solutions based on provided requirements.
• Adopt an OOTB-first approach and minimize customization.
• Ensure quality, performance, and upgradeability of delivered solutions.
• Support delivery from go-live to post-launch, including release processes and knowledge sharing.
• Document decisions and collaborate with the internal ServiceNow team.
