Job summary

Devoteam Belgium is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions that translate business requirements into scalable technical configurations. You will mentor junior teammates, highlight risks and improvement opportunities, and contribute to ongoing maintenance in a hybrid work environment with AI training and modern tools.

Requirements include 3+ years in ServiceNow, strong scripting with JavaScript, Glide API, and UI policies, plus Dutch

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration, App Engine, and customization practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, script includes, and UI policies.
• Proven experience in unit testing and awareness of structured testing approaches.
• Comfortable with both out-of-the-box and tailored customizations.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English; strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required.

• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English; strong communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required

• Familiarity with middleware integrations (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Kafka)
• Experience with AI on the ServiceNow platform (e.g. Now Assist, Control Tower) is a plus, provided it can be demonstrated with concrete examples
