Devoteam in Belgium seeks a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions translating complex business requirements into robust technical configurations. You will apply best practices, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor junior team members while proactively flagging risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration, App Engine, and customization practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, script includes, and UI policies.
• Proven experience in unit testing and awareness of structured testing approaches.
• Comfortable with both 'out-of-the-box' implementations and tailored customizations.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English; strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.

• Familiarity with middleware integrations (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Kafka)
• Experience with AI on the ServiceNow platform (e.g. Now Assist, Control Tower) is a plus, provided it can be demonstrated with concrete examples
