Devoteam Belgium is seeking a ServiceNow Business Consultant to act as the primary link between client business stakeholders and the technical delivery team. You will lead workshops, translate requirements into scalable configurations, and guide clients through end-to-end service delivery, from discovery to go-live support.

You will work in a hybrid environment, leveraging AI training and modern tools to accelerate learning and drive continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and functional consulting.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English; excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to convert complex functional needs into technical specifications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog management.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or CAD) are a plus.

As a ServiceNow Business Consultant at Devoteam, you are the primary link between our clients' business stakeholders and the technical delivery team. You lead and animate client workshops to understand business needs and co-design the right solutions, translate functional requirements into scalable configurations, and guide clients through process optimization using ServiceNow's platform capabilities. You own your engagements end-to-end from requirements gathering and solution design to training and go-live support while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS, or CAD) are a plus
