IKEA in Belgium seeks a Service Fulfilment Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end fulfilment network and drive operational excellence in a multichannel environment. You will direct daily operations, coordinate with partners, and ensure affordable, high-quality service to customers across touchpoints.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and strategic development with a focus on cost efficiency and long-term profitability in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• University degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) or proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain management.
• 4–6 years in a management position (distribution, retail, logistics or similar).
• Proven leadership in a large organization delivering business results and people development.
• Retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service experience and interest.
• Experience in a matrix organization with collaboration and influence.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Accountable for high performing daily operations and an efficient distribution network in market.
• Ensure service fulfilment excellence including Last Mile, Furniture Assembly, and Kitchen Installations.
• Develop existing service partners and coordinate with Strategic Sourcing for growth.
• Secure capacity and resources in the market's fulfilment network to provide a seamless shopping experience.
• Drive cost development, efficiency, and long-term profitability within Service Fulfilment.
• Implement Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda in the market.
