IKEA in Zaventem is seeking a senior leader to secure market fulfilment across the end-to-end process, ensuring availability at the lowest cost and a seamless customer shopping experience. You will translate commercial priorities into actions for Customer Fulfilment, lead capacity planning, forecasting, and multi-channel coordination.

Qualifications

• University degree or proven performance in logistics/supply chain
• 4-6 years in a management position (distribution, retail, logistics)
• Proven leadership in a large organization delivering business results and people development
• Retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service experience and interest
• Experience as a management team member with collaboration to influence the business
• Knowledge of labor laws and third-party relations (unions, external providers)
• Experience implementing mid- and long-term strategies with goal setting
• Ability to influence in a matrix organization
• Led projects or processes at country/market level
• Coaching/mentoring/advisory and conflict management skills

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• University degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) or proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain management
• 4-6 years working experience in a management position (preferable in distribution, retail, logistics or similar)
• Proven successful leadership in a big organization, delivering both business result and people development
• Retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service experience and interest
• Experience of working as a management team member with proven ability to make a difference by positively influencing the business directly as well as through good collaboration
• Knowledge of labor laws and third-party relations (unions, external service providers etc.)
• Experience in securing the implementation of mid-term and long-term strategies and plans and set/follow up goals
• Proven ability to influence in a matrix organization
• Successfully lead projects or processes on country/market/national level
• Good coaching and/or mentor, advisory and facilitation skills, conflict management skills and problemsolving experience

The purpose of the job is to take responsibility for securing fulfilment on the market in an end-to-end perspective by enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution:

You Will lead, steer, plan, support, coach and follow up the daily to day work and development of the fulfilment availability and support organisation within the market with a customer-centric and collaborative approach in focus. In this role you will contribute to creating the right prerequisites in the organisation to enable the growth agenda and secure the group and market Customer Fulfilment agenda is translated into the Fulfilment Availability and Support organisation.

You Will be accountable for:

• Seamlessly enabling high performing daily operations and an efficient distribution network in the market by securing an end to end planning and fulfilment process from commercial input, flow and capacity management, ordering and forecasting to customer order management
• Securing optimal range location in the fulfilment units in the market while securing agreed goals on availability and keeping lead time promise to lowest cost and to exceed customer expectations
• Translating and co-creating commercial priorities into actions for Customer Fulfilment in the market and for securing and enabling to setup for campaigns and emergency situations in order to provide seamless shopping experience with great quality for the many people.
• An aligned and high performing flow and capacity planning process in the market including providing and aligning the right short-, mid-, and long-term capacities to reach target availability to the customer
• Representing market Customer Fulfilment in the Commercial Team and for the contribution to the commercial calendar by fully integrating logistics considerations and possibilities
• Securing optimised set-up for the complete fulfilment network by utilising the market specific parts of article allocation and order rules
• The cooperation with key partners on the market level including Regional Supply Teams (RST), IoS and Transport Logistics Services (TLS) while contributing with both knowledge and resources to optimal operational and multichannel development and tendering activities as well as to all matrixes, global initiatives and competence networks
• The lead, coach and development of the market Fulfilment Availability and Support organisation to secure an inspiring and motivating environment where people and talent are continuously developed
• Promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation and contribution to development and innovation for the own organisation and total IKEA
• The implementation of the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda for Fulfilment Availability and Support on the market through the consideration of sustainability parameters especially in connection with securing agreed goals on availability to customers across all touchpoints
