Arbalett in Belgium seeks an experienced Operational Manager to run a high‑performing workshop, coordinating supervisors and technicians to deliver on client promises. You will lead planning, quality control, and cost management while driving safety improvements and Lean initiatives across the site.

You will foster a data‑driven culture, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure timely reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Lead a workshop team of supervisors and technicians.
• Data‑driven approach to operations management in a technical environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement (Lean, 5S).
• Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing coordination.
• Professional English; French/Dutch valued in Belgium context.

Responsabilités

• Drive workshop performance: planning, execution, quality control, and cost management.
• Own site KPIs and weekly/monthly reporting to management.
• Lead supervision and technician reviews; oversee recruitment and onboarding.
• Prioritize safety and quality with root‑cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Coordinate procurement with local suppliers; manage spare parts and stock levels.
