Adecco Dilbeek is recruiting a Head of Workshop (Meestergast) for a transport company. This leadership role combines technical expertise with team direction in the workshop.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate daily operations, ensure quality and progress of maintenance and repairs, analyze processes, monitor safety and productivity KPIs, act as technical point of contact for complex dossiers, manage warranty cases with manufacturers, align planning, and ensure accurate admin processing.

Responsabilités

• Lead, guide and motivate the technical staff.
• Coordinate and monitor the daily workshop activities.
• Monitor the quality and progress of maintenance and repairs.
• Analyze and improve existing workshop processes.
• Track KPIs around safety, efficiency and productivity.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for complex dossiers.
• Monitor warranty requests and repairs with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Align the workshop planning.
• Check work sheets and ensure correct and timely administrative processing.
