Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise workplace technologies or related field.
• Experience supporting Apple-focused enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and enterprise collaboration technologies.

Responsabilités

• Serve as an escalation point for complex workplace technology incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot advanced endpoint, collaboration, and connectivity issues.
• Lead resolution of high-impact technical incidents with cross-team coordination.
• Provide remote and on-site support for ICANN offices and events.
• Mentor and guide Workplace Technology Specialist I staff.
