Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture.
• Proven track record of designing and shipping production-quality desktop applications.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience leading technical design and mentoring engineers.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows applications.
• Define best-practices for Windows desktop development.
• Drive accessibility efforts and integrate relevant APIs.
• Collaborate with product designers and other stakeholders.
