Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Front-End UI/UX Engineer based in Belgium to shape accessible, high‑quality interfaces for complex enterprise apps. You will bridge UI/UX with strong front‑end engineering in an ASP.NET MVC 5 environment, emphasizing usability, accessibility, and responsive design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human–Computer Interaction, Design, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8+ years of professional software development with strong front-end/UI experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery with semantic markup.
• Ability to apply UI/UX principles: IA, interaction design, visual hierarchy, usability, user-centered design.
• Hands-on experience testing accessible web experiences against WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508.
• Proficiency in ARIA, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, focus management, and accessibility testing.
• Strong C# and ASP.NET MVC 5 skills, with experience in full‑stack .NET in Windows environments.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, data models, T‑SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with systems.
• Unit testing, QA collaboration, usability testing, and release processes.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain accessible interfaces for enterprise apps built on ASP.NET MVC 5.
• Translate requirements into clean, maintainable front-end experiences.
• Apply UI/UX principles including information architecture and responsive design.
• Implement and validate web accessibility per WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508.
• Develop and support full‑stack .NET applications with C#, ASP.NET MVC 5, SQL Server.
• Build front‑end experiences that integrate with RESTful APIs and internal/external systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, QA, and tech teams to validate solutions.
• Contribute to design reviews, accessibility audits, and usability initiatives.
• Prepare technical design specs and clear documentation.
• Write unit tests and support QA, usability testing, and release activities.
