Job summary

EY Luxembourg seeks a hands-on Business Development professional for the Wealth and Asset Management team. You will shape the go-to-market strategy, identify opportunities, and engage with senior internal and client stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

With four to five years of relevant experience and a strong knowledge of the Luxembourg investment fund ecosystem, you will build trusted relationships, deliver market insights and coordinate cross-country campaigns and events to accelerate

Qualifications

• Years of relevant business development or financial services experience.
• 4+ years in BD or client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of Luxembourg investment fund ecosystem is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Shape the WAM go-to-market strategy and manage related initiatives.
• Collaborate with EY industry leaders and internal teams on projects.
• Develop and deliver reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Coordinate client meetings, campaigns and relationship development efforts.
• Support cross-country collaboration and data-driven decision making.
