You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate opportunities, manage portfolios, and ensure client satisfaction across the bank's wealth management suite.

The role requires deep HNWI experience, fluency in French and English, willingness to travel regionally, and a proactive, compliant approach in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience dealing with (ultra) high net worth individuals.
• Strong sales and relationship-building capabilities.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Proactive mindset and structured working methods.

Responsibilities

• Profitability of the customer portfolio.
• Comprehensive, personalized relationship management and value creation.
• Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Supervise and coordinate administration and business management within policy.
• Increase volume and margin of the customer portfolio and asset management.
• Provide professional investment advice and asset allocation guidance.
• Acquire new and existing customers; increase share of wallet; cross-sell.
• Manage portfolio utilisation in securities with a profit-oriented approach.
• Develop and implement structured sales ideas with Investment Manager.
• Establish and develop a multiplier network.
