Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Management or Economics.
- 2–5 years of experience as a consultant and/or in the energy sector.
- Native-level Dutch or French, with very good knowledge of the other language, and strong business English.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through transformation journeys with tailored solutions.
- Analyse business processes and propose improvements aligned to strategic objectives.
- Lead discussions and define communication plans to support employees through significant changes.
- Conduct business analysis and organise workshops to improve customer experience and prepare for digital transformation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure deliverables quality.
