Job summary
BDO Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Strategy & Transformation Team to guide clients through transformation journeys in the telecommunications sector. You will analyze processes, identify improvements, and lead workshops to enhance customer experience and prepare for digital transformation.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics.
- 2–5 years of experience as a consultant and/or in the telecommunications sector.
- Native-level Dutch or French with very good knowledge of the other language, and strong business English.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through transformation journeys to drive efficiency and customer focus in telecommunications.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvements, and propose solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Lead discussions and define communication plans to support employees through changes.
- Conduct business analysis and workshops to improve customer experience and prepare for digital transformation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure deliverables quality.
