BDO Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive Strategy & Transformation initiatives in the utilities sector. You will guide clients through transformation journeys, analyze processes, and lead change management efforts to improve efficiency and customer focus.

In this role you will collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, participate in workshops, and shape communications for large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Management or Economics.
• 2-5 years of experience as a consultant or in energy sector.
• Native-level Dutch or French, very good knowledge of the other language, and strong business English.
• Eager to learn, proactive, thrives on new challenges.

As a Senior Consultant, you'll drive change and make a real difference in our clients' organisations.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you'll guide our clients through transformation journeys, offering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges. Here's a glimpse into your typical day :

• Facilitating transformation initiatives to drive efficiency gains and enhance customer focus in the utilities sector.
• Analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions aligned with client strategic objectives.
• Leading discussions and defining communication plans to support employees through significant changes.
• Conducting business analysis and organising workshops to improve customer experience and prepare for digital transformation.
• Collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables.

What do you bring to the table?

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics.
• Has 2-5 years of experience as a consultant and/or in the energy sector, with knowledge of sector-specific products and industrial processes.
• Possesses native-level proficiency in Dutch or French, with very good knowledge of the other language, and a profound understanding of business English.
• Is eager to learn, proactive, and thrives on new challenges.
• Has a strong ambition to drive impactful change and make a difference.
• Excels in stakeholder management and works well both independently and as part of a team.
