Resultance is seeking Senior Consultants to help clients design, shape and implement the organizations of tomorrow, combining analytical rigor with people-centric thinking. You will work on Target Operating Models, organizational design, process optimization and transformation programs, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and engaging with leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of consulting firm experience.
• Fluent in English and French, German or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Help clients design and implement target operating models and organizational designs.
• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify gaps and improvement levers.
• Develop transition plans, roadmaps and governance frameworks.
• Create engaging leadership presentations and coordinate stakeholder alignment.
• Support training, communications and change readiness.
