dualoop, a Brussels-based boutique consulting firm, seeks a Product Transformation Consultant to work with client leaders and teams on transformation mandates. You will diagnose, design and implement changes to improve how product work is governed, funded and delivered.

You will coach leaders and product teams through real decisions, sequence pilots and transfer ownership to internal teams so the gains endure beyond engagements.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in product management with leadership responsibilities.
• Master’s degree in engineering, business or CS as applicable.
• Experience in product discovery and delivery with credibility to coach others.
• Ability to work with senior leaders while remaining connected to product teams.
• Strong facilitation, clear communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose how product work operates across strategy, governance and delivery.
• Map decision rights and accountability to reduce friction.
• Co-design practical operating choices with leaders and teams.
• Turn choices into clear mechanisms and review routines.
• Sequence and pilot new ways of working and track adoption.
• Coach product leaders and product teams through real decisions.
• Facilitate conversations and surface resistance early.
• Transfer responsibility to internal owners to outlast the engagement.
• Contribute to scoping, delivery and reporting with the client.
• Collaborate with other dualoop consultants to keep coherence.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new consultants as the practice grows.
