Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking a Senior Test Manager in Brussels to lead and coordinate testing across projects within the Application team. You will guide a team of Test Analysts, ensuring quality, efficiency and timely delivery, while hands-on supporting testing activities and promoting AI-driven improvements.

The role requires hands-on AI testing experience, ISTQB certification, and strong stakeholder management. The position is hybrid, with 2 days on-site after onboarding in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Manager or similar.
• Hands‑on AI usage in testing activities.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing activities across projects.
• Define and oversee test strategies, plans, and execution.
• Collaborate with BAs, IT teams and stakeholders.
• Manage priorities, resources, deadlines and risks.
• Track test execution, defects and delivery progress.
• Provide hands-on support to the team.
• Promote AI-driven testing planning and test generation.
