Oliver James Group in Brussels is seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities within its Application team. The role combines hands-on testing with strategic test planning and AI-powered efficiency improvements across multiple projects.

You will guide a team of Test Analysts, define test strategies and execution plans, manage priorities, risks and deadlines, and collaborate closely with Business Analysts and IT stakeholders to ensure high quality delivery.

About The Role

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Manager or in a similar role.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Strong delivery mindset and ability to manage challenging deadlines.
• Hands-on approach, with the ability to get involved in operational testing activities.
• Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience using AI in real testing activities and projects.
• Ability to translate AI knowledge into practical testing approaches and coach team members.
• ISTQB certification (Foundation Level or higher) is mandatory.
• Good command of English and at least one Belgian national language (French or Dutch); trilingualism is a strong advantage.

Experience in test automation is a plus, but practical AI experience is the priority.
