Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Teller to support client transactions and ensure accurate, timely frontline banking activities at branch locations. The role includes coaching branch teams, implementing process improvements, and maintaining compliance with bank policies.

The position requires basic knowledge of job procedures, typically gained through work experience or vocational/technical training. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and handle lifting up to 30lbs.

Responsabilités

• Supports client transactions.
• Ensures accurate and timely execution of frontline banking activities.
• Coaches and supports branch teams to meet performance expectations.
• Implements process improvements that strengthen service delivery.
• Monitors operational controls to reduce risk and maintain compliance.
• Conducts credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures.
• Keeps proper cash supply on hand and prepares daily proof record while maintaining an acceptable difference record.
• May process night deposits and ATM transactions.
• Delivers excellent service to all bank customers.
• May refer customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.
