EPAM Systems, Inc. in Brussels seeks a Senior Technology Consultant (CPG) to guide digital transformation for a multinational client. You will translate business goals into target-state architectures, shape enterprise and domain architectures, and drive multi-country transformation roadmaps with regional deployment strategies.

Expect hybrid work and travel within Belgium. You will lead workshops, assess current-state landscapes, and advise on ERP modernization including SAP and platform-fitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technology discipline.
• Experience in technology consulting or architecture within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong domain knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Retail.

Responsabilités

• Lead definition of digital transformation strategies converting business vision and KPIs into architectures.
• Facilitate client workshops to capture current-state and design future-state roadmaps.
• Define target-state solutions including enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy apps.
• Advise on ERP modernization including SAP platform fitment within integrated landscapes.
• Design enterprise integration strategies utilizing modern platforms and iPaaS solutions.
• Assess and optimize key workflows like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Document trade-offs and ADRs; develop multi-country transformation roadmaps.
• Present strategic recommendations and architectural blueprints to C-level stakeholders.
• Support business growth through pre-sales activities including proposals and roadmaps.

EPAM is looking for a Senior Technology Consultant (CPG) to join the Technology Consulting Practice of our Consumer and Services Business Unit in Brussels, Belgium.In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to a multinational manufacturer, guiding them in defining digital transformation strategies and shaping scalable enterprise and domain architectures.You will translate business goals, processes and KPIs into target-state architectures and actionable transformation roadmaps.
