Accenture Belgium is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA procurement expert to lead sourcing and procurement transformations across diverse industries. You will deliver modern solutions with accelerated time-to-market and work with strategists and technology experts on consulting missions.

Join a team that drives innovation within Accenture, mentors consultants, and engages stakeholders to manage complex programs. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is expected, with international travel possibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Procurement (MM, Ariba, Fieldglass).
• Led at least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven delivery of SAP ECC or S/4HANA projects.

What we’re looking for

Education

• Master’s degree from a leading university or business school.

Experience

• 8-10 years of hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA Procurement (MM, Ariba, Fieldglass).


• Led at least two full‑cycle S/4HANA implementations.


• Proven delivery of SAP ECC or S/4HANA projects.

Skills

• Strong command of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory and vendor management, subcontracting, and material valuation.


• Integration knowledge with FI, SD, PP, WM, QM.


• SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement certification is a strong plus.


• Deep industry knowledge in sectors such as energy, public services, retail, manufacturing, etc.


• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.


• Willingness to travel internationally.

Leadership

• Strong stakeholder engagement and business relationship management.


• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams.


• Strategic thinker with a proactive, self‑starting attitude.
