EPAM Systems in Brussels seeks a Senior Technology Consultant (CPG) to lead digital transformation initiatives and define enterprise architectures across multi-country programs. You will drive ERP modernization, including SAP, and design integration strategies for complex landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technology discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience in technology consulting or architecture roles in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong domain knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Retail sectors
• Demonstrated capability in defining end-to-end digital transformation strategies
• Expert knowledge of enterprise and domain architecture frameworks and patterns
• Deep understanding of retail and CPG processes including OTC, PTP, supply chain and logistics workflows
• Knowledge of cloud architectures, data ecosystems and AI/GenAI capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level audiences
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs and CXOs
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written

EPAM is looking for a Senior Technology Consultant (CPG) to join the Technology Consulting Practice of our Consumer and Services Business Unit in Brussels, Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition of digital transformation strategies converting business vision and KPIs into actionable enterprise and domain architectures
• Facilitate collaborative client workshops to capture current-state, identify capability gaps and design future-state roadmaps
• Define target-state solutions and processes including capability mapping, enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy applications
• Advise on ERP modernization including platform fitment such as SAP within integrated landscapes and digital ecosystems
• Design enterprise integration strategies utilizing modern integration platforms and iPaaS solutions
• Assess and optimize critical business workflows such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, Logistics and Digital Channel systems
• Govern architectural decisions by documenting trade-offs, risks and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
• Develop comprehensive multi-country transformation roadmaps aligning global templates with regional deployment strategies
• Present strategic recommendations and architectural blueprints to C-level and executive client stakeholders
• Support business growth through pre-sales activities including proposals, strategic roadmaps and high-level architecture contributions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technology discipline or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in technology consulting or architecture roles within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong domain knowledge within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Retail sectors
• Demonstrated capability in defining and delivering end-to-end digital transformation strategies
• Expert knowledge of enterprise and domain architecture frameworks and patterns
• Deep understanding of retail and CPG processes including OTC, PTP, supply chain and logistics workflows
• Broad understanding of modern technology platforms including cloud architectures, data ecosystems and AI/GenAI capabilities
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills leveraging storytelling to simplify complex technical concepts
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs and C-level executives
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in Dutch
• Hands-on experience with SAP platforms including SAP S/4HANA and ERP modernization
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) stacks
• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms and iPaaS tools such as MuleSoft
• Experience designing automation solutions or AI-enabled tiers within ERP-centric landscapes
• Exposure to EA governance frameworks such as TOGAF and experience managing blueprints or ADRs
• Direct experience leading multi-region or global template rollouts for enterprise clients
