Cisco is seeking a Technical Writer to create, update, and maintain documentation for Isovalent's Enterprise Platform and Hypershield, covering developer and user guides, tutorials, and reference materials.

You will work closely with engineering, solution architects, marketing, and product teams to ensure accurate, accessible documentation that accelerates user onboarding and product adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical writer for Enterprise products.
• Experience in networking, security, and Cloud Native technologies.
• Experience in writing user guides and enterprise documentation.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to technical documentation for Isovalent's Cilium and Hypershield, including operational documentation, training, and guides.
• Collaborate with engineering and solution architects to create high-quality technical content.
• Conduct reviews and surveys with customers to understand how documentation and the information architecture can be improved.
• Share best practices with maintainers, the product development team and the community, building a culture of documentation.
