HMS Networks is seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist to craft customer-facing documentation and learning materials for our industrial connectivity and automation solutions. You will translate complex technical information into accessible content, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and Technical Services to create manuals, tutorials and videos that help customers get value from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Automation or Electromechanics.
• Junior candidates with initial experience in automation, connectivity systems or electromechanics are welcome.
• Ability to explain technical topics in a clear, simple, professional and engaging way.
• Experience in technical writing or documentation is a plus.
• Familiarity with Paligo is a plus.
• Interest in video creation, e-learning, multimedia content or AI-based tools is an advantage.
• Excellent written English.

Responsabilités

• Create, update and publish customer-facing documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, technical articles and onboarding content.
• Get hands-on with our products: install, configure, test and explore new features to fully understand how they work.
• Transform complex technical concepts into simple, practical and user-friendly content.
• Create engaging support materials such as videos, tutorials, product walkthroughs and interactive demonstrations.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management and Technical Services teams to gather information and validate technical accuracy.
• Take ownership of your content and continuously look for ways to improve the customer learning experience.
• Experiment with new documentation methods, multimedia tools and AI-powered solutions to make technical information more accessible.
• Support product launches by ensuring customers have the information they need to be successful from day one.
