Editx is seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to join our IT team in Belgium. You’ll design, implement and secure enterprise networks with Fortinet and Palo Alto, addressing real-world challenges rather than triaging tickets.

You’ll work closely with IT teams and external partners, perform in-depth network troubleshooting using Wireshark, PRTG, or SolarWinds, and contribute to SD-WAN and security projects while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise networks.
• Knowledge of Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls and security policies.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and fault isolation in complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Network Infrastructure: Design, configure and maintain enterprise network environments focusing on Fortinet & Palo Alto technologies.
• Network Security: Manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS and security policies.
• Hands-on Troubleshooting: Investigate complex network issues using Wireshark, PRTG or SolarWinds.
• Projects & Improvements: Contribute to network upgrades, segmentation, SD-WAN and security projects.
• Collaboration: Work with IT teams, vendors and service providers to integrate and improve solutions.
• Documentation: Keep network configurations, diagrams and procedures up to date.
