Job summary

Pauwels Consulting seeks a strategic Platform Owner to own the workplace and employee productivity platform, defining the roadmap and professionalising the technology offering for a seamless internal experience.

You will lead a cross-functional team, justify decisions with business cases and budgets, manage hardware and software lifecycles, and drive adoption of AI-native tools and Microsoft 365 features, while collaborating with the CTO and platform council.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as Product Owner, Platform Owner, or Service Owner.
• Expert knowledge of endpoint management, identity, and security.
• Experience with hardware lifecycle refreshes and hardware standards.
• Proven track record in roadmaps, business cases, and budgets.
• Strong technical leadership bridging engineers and stakeholders.
• Dutch and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership of the workplace and employee productivity platform and its strategic direction.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap and translate business needs into a prioritized backlog.
• Justify technical choices through business cases, budget management, and risk assessments for stakeholders.

• Oversee integration and adoption of AI-native tools and Microsoft 365 productivity features.
• Lead technical specialists and analysts to deliver cohesive solutions for endpoint management, security, and hardware.
• Collaborate with platform council and CTO to manage dependencies across technology domains.

• Establish end-to-end ownership over the workplace and employee productivity platform and its strategic direction.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap and translate business needs into a prioritized backlog.
• Justify technical choices through business cases, budget management, and risk assessments for relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the lifecycle of hardware and software including Windows 11 migrations and device standards.
• Oversee the integration and adoption of AI-native tools and Microsoft 365 productivity features.

• You bring extensive experience in developing and defending roadmaps, business cases, and financial budgets.
• You possess a strong background in technical leadership with the ability to bridge the gap between engineers and stakeholders.
• You're proactive and results-oriented with the capacity to establish structure and direction independently.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

• Concrete experience with Microsoft Intune and macOS management in enterprise settings.
• Knowledge of hardware standards for AI workloads and Copilot adoption strategies.
• Experience in organizations transitioning from project-based to product-led platform models.
