Job summary

Cloud Power Luxembourg SA is seeking a technically strong professional to own a broad Workplace platform, focusing on strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and translating technical requirements into concrete investments and business cases. This is a full-time assignment in Belgium, with 3 days onsite per week, lasting 6-12 months or longer.

The successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership, define the platform strategy, set priorities, and ensure alignment across endpoint

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Product Owner or Platform Owner within a Workplace / Microsoft 365 environment.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management and modern Workplace technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into business cases, budgets and investments.
• Fluent Dutch language skills.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the Workplace & Employee Productivity platform.
• Define an overall product and platform strategy and develop the roadmap.
• Set priorities and translate them into a backlog.
• Translate technical requirements into budgets and investment proposals.
• Align endpoint management, security, hardware and Microsoft 365 with productivity goals.
• Provide direction to technical teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies with other platforms and secure funding.
• Establish structure, priorities and clear direction for the platform.

Job description

We are looking for a technically strong professional who can take ownership of a broad Workplace platform.

The focus is not on personally carrying out all technical activities, but rather on defining the strategy, developing the roadmap, setting priorities and translating technical requirements into concrete investments and business cases.

• Duration: 6-12 months or longer
• Full-time assignment, with 3 days per week onsite.

The platform covers, among others:

• Windows and Mac devices and endpoint management.
• Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management solutions.
• Endpoint security and identity/access management within the Workplace environment.
• Virtual Workplace / VDI.
• Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Teams and Copilot.
• Intranet, collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Workplace infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, printing, audiovisual solutions and telephony.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the Workplace & Employee Productivity platform.
• Define a clear product and platform strategy and develop the roadmap.
• Set priorities and translate them into a manageable and actionable backlog.
• Translate technical and functional requirements into business cases, budgets and investment proposals.
• Ensure alignment between endpoint management, security, hardware, Microsoft 365 and employee productivity.
• Provide direction and guidance to technical specialists, analysts and engineers.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and other platform owners.
• Identify and coordinate dependencies with other technology platforms.
• Quickly bring structure, establish priorities and provide clear direction for the platform.

Key Challenges and Projects

The successful candidate will immediately take ownership of several important initiatives:

• Migration to Microsoft Intune for MacBook management by the end of 2026.
• Monitoring and managing the Windows 11 lifecycle.
• Preparing and leading a hardware refresh involving approximately 750 laptops in 2027.
• Defining future hardware standards, particularly with a view to enabling AI-native ways of working.
• Further developing the use and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI.
• Establishing a clear roadmap and securing funding for the platform within the first 100 days.

Required Profile

• Experience as a Technical Product Owner, Platform Owner or Service Owner within a Workplace / Microsoft 365 environment.
• Alternatively, a strong background as a Digital Workplace Architect, Technical Lead or Senior Workplace Specialist, who has transitioned or is ready to transition into a more strategic and leadership-oriented role.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern Workplace technologies.
• Understanding of identity management and endpoint security.
• Experience managing large-scale device and hardware environments.
• Experience defining and defending roadmaps, priorities, business cases and budgets.
• Sufficient technical expertise to challenge engineers, architects and suppliers on technical matters.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to independently take ownership and quickly bring structure and clarity.
• Excellent command of Dutch.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on knowledge or previous experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Windows lifecycle management / Autopilot.
• Experience managing large-scale hardware refresh programmes.
• Microsoft Entra / Identity Management.
• Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• Experience working within a product or platform operating model.
• Experience with governance and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Consulting or interim management experience.

Important Selection Criteria

We are not looking for a purely hands-on Workplace Engineer, nor for a generalist Product Owner without in-depth technical Workplace knowledge.

The ideal candidate sits between these two profiles: technically strong enough to provide meaningful direction and challenge technical teams, while senior enough to take ownership of the roadmap, priorities, investments and stakeholder management.

A purely project management-oriented profile, without genuine technical platform ownership, will not be sufficient.
