Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a seasoned Senior Product/Project Manager to oversee the strategic direction and lifecycle of operational recognition systems in a run‑mode environment. You will translate business needs into roadmaps, ensure smooth handovers from development to operations, and manage knowledge, workflows, and quality across stakeholders.

You will drive from the product backlog through to ongoing maintenance, aligning with public sector partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management and product management experience.
• 7+ years in a Product Owner role.
• Experience with process modeling, knowledge management, and service management.
• Functional knowledge of data flows and system integrations.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Native Dutch with strong French and working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

The role focuses on managing product evolutions in a run-mode environment, translating business needs into clear roadmaps, and ensuring seamless transitions from development to daily operations.

• You are native in Dutch with a strong knowledge of French and active knowledge of English.
