Job summary

Eurofins Brussels is seeking a Senior IT/QA & Technical Lead to join the F&A IT Solutions team in Brussels, adopting a hybrid model with regular presence in the office required.

In this dual role, you will lead QA and testing for Cognos environment (UAT, regression testing, test automation) while providing technical guidance to the Architect & Technical Manager, mentoring juniors and ensuring reliable 24/7 operations of financial planning and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with UAT, regression testing, STLC and test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and Cognos Analytics.
• Background in financial systems, financial reporting, planning or consolidation.
• Fluent English and ability to work from Brussels office in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA and testing approach for Cognos environment, including UAT and regression testing.
• Establish and improve testing standards and processes across the development team.
• Provide technical backup for Architect & Technical Manager and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure reliable delivery and stable 24/7 operation of financial planning/reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Business Sponsor, Program Manager and stakeholders.
