LanceSoft Europe in Brussels seeks a Senior Technical IT Project Manager / Enterprise Architect for a 3-month contract, onsite 3 days per week. You will lead automation initiatives, build detailed project plans, and align IT architecture with security and compliance requirements.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to define governance, ROI, and an actionable business case for executive review.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with passive knowledge of the other national language (B1 minimum).
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect (10+ years).
• Experience developing and guiding architectural frameworks (TOGAF/ArchiMate).
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience with compliance frameworks (NIS2, ISO 27001).
• Proven experience with data centre and Azure architecture.
• Experience with deployment automation tools (Github, TFS, Jenkins).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong multilevel stakeholder management skills.
• Broad ICT knowledge with governance capability.

Responsabilités

• Build a comprehensive project plan for 2027 automation, including milestones, resources, risks, and governance.
• Inventory inter-application dependencies, integration points, and deployment order across the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and BCM teams to ensure zero-downtime automation pipelines and BCM standards.
• Engage CISO and compliance stakeholders to integrate automated security checks (DevSecOps, NIS2, GDPR, access governance).
• Prepare a clear CapEx/OpEx, ROI and efficiency-focused business case for executives.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Build a comprehensive, actionable project plan for the 2027 automation execution, defining milestones, resource allocation, risk matrices, and governance structure.
• Conduct a deep-dive inventory detailing critical inter-application dependencies, integration points, and deployment order requirements across the application ecosystem.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and disaster recovery teams to ensure automation pipelines maintain zero-downtime capabilities and robust Business Continuity Management (BCM) standards.
• Engage CISO and compliance stakeholders to integrate automated security checks (DevSecOps, NIS2 alignment, GDPR, access governance) into the deployment design.
• Author a clear financial and operational business case (CapEx/OpEx, ROI, efficiency gains, risk reduction) to present to executive stakeholders
