- Define the target architecture and coordinate the transformation and automation of the IT ecosystem
- Build the 2027 automation master plan, including milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and governance
- Map critical dependencies between applications, integration points, and deployment sequencing
- Define the architectures and standards required for automated, resilient, and industrialized deployments
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Disaster Recovery teams to ensure high availability, zero downtime, and business continuity
- Integrate security and compliance requirements into architectures and pipelines
- Define guidelines, architecture principles, and governance processes
- Build the program business case, including CapEx/OpEx, ROI, efficiency gains, and risk reduction
- Ensure architecture governance and oversight throughout the solution lifecycle

Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, ideally in complex and hybrid IT environments
- Experience connecting strategic vision, technical architecture, governance, and the execution of transformation projects
- Enterprise Architecture and architecture frameworks: TOGAF, ArchiMate, or equivalent
- Microsoft Azure architecture and hybrid Cloud/Datacenter environments
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
- CI/CD and deployment automation: GitHub, TFS/Azure DevOps, Jenkins
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or equivalent technologies
- Compliance and security: ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, DevSecOps, IAM/access governance
- Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery: BCP, DR, high availability, RTO/RPO, zero downtime
- IT governance, standards definition, guidelines, and architecture processes
- Ability to develop and present business cases incorporating ROI, CapEx/OpEx, operational gains, and risk reduction
- Fluent English plus fluent French or Dutch
- Passive knowledge of the other national language, minimum B1 level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
- Leadership, pragmatism, and a strong sense of responsibility
