TiTANS Consulting seeks a Dynamic Strategic Architect to drive large-scale digital transformations, modernize enterprise architectures, and optimize cloud platforms. You will bridge technical execution with business goals to deliver secure, scalable infrastructures.

Responsibilities include leading IAM consolidation and establishing cloud foundations with governance across AWS/Azure, aligned to TOGAF principles.

Qualifications

• Specialist in enterprise identity consolidation and federating multi-tenant access (SSO, IDP integration).
• Experience deploying production-ready Cloud Landing Zones with security, networking and governance across AWS and Azure.
• TOGAF-aligned enterprise architecture design for high-availability, hybrid and multi-cloud strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-phase migration of disparate legacy and multi-cloud identity providers into a centralized IAM framework.
• Direct alignment of cloud deployments with enterprise Cloud Foundations, establishing landing zones, IaC standards, and automated compliance.

Dynamic Strategic Architect with extensive experience driving large-scale digital transformations, modernizing enterprise architectures, and optimizing cloud platforms. Proven track record of bridging technical execution with strategic business goals to deliver resilient, scalable, and secure infrastructures.

Required profile & experiences:

• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  Specialist in enterprise identity consolidation, federating fragmented environments, and unifying multi-tenant access models into a single, cohesive identity architecture (SSO, IDP integration, Zero Trust access policies).
• Cloud Foundation Implementation
  Architected and deployed production-ready Cloud Landing Zones, establishing baseline controls for security, networking, and governance across AWS and Azure aligned strictly with corporate foundational principles.
• Enterprise Architecture
  Designing high-availability, hybrid, and multi-cloud strategies aligned with TOGAF and industry frameworks.

Key responsibilities and deliverables:

• Enterprise Identity Consolidation: Design and plan the multi-phase migration of disparate legacy and multi-cloud identity providers into a centralized IAM framework, reducing authentication friction, mitigating security risks, and cutting administrative overhead.
• Cloud Foundations & Governance: Direct alignment of cloud deployments with enterprise Cloud Foundations, establishing robust landing zones, standardized infrastructure-as-code (IaC), automated compliance, and shared services models.
• Candidate is Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Fluent in French or Dutch with passive knowledge in the other national language (french or dutch B1 minimum)
• Minimum of 1 project completed within the last 5 years involving the design and/or deployment of a production-ready Cloud Landing Zone in the utility sector
• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect (5 years)
• Proven experience with architecture or implementation of IAM in environment of minimum 1000 users
• Proven experience with modelling techniques (ArchiMate, TOGAF, UML, Sparx EA, …)
• Proven experience with the conception and implementation of cloud AWS/Azure environment
• Proven experience in ICT infrastructure and cloud platforms (should have)
• Proven experience with IT security (should have)
