Senior Technical Analyst CCT is sought for a major insurance organisation's Content & Communication Technologies department in Belgium. You will translate requirements into maintainable .NET solutions, produce UML designs and interface specifications, and drive testing strategies across multi-line business processes.

You will bridge architects and developers, building knowledge of existing logic and shared standards, then prepare design documents, test plans and delivery impact reports for IT

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical analysis with design docs and UML.
• Proficient in .NET, SQL and NoSQL for design and integration.
• Ability to explain complex tech clearly and manage docs.

A major insurance organisation’s Content & Communication Technologies department provides shared digital services for customer and partner communications, including document generation, distribution, archiving and automated workflows. As a Senior Technical Analyst CCT, you will translate requirements into maintainable .NET solutions through technical analysis, UML design and SQL or NoSQL integration work across several business lines.

The mission

The department covers the full communication lifecycle, from generating documents and emails to electronic or paper distribution, archiving and making records available. Its services connect applications across business domains, so consistent interfaces, integration standards and technical decisions have a wider effect than a single product. The current assignment focuses on .NET services and SQL/NoSQL data interactions, with an expected duration of 12 to 24 months depending on project evolution.

You will bridge architects and developers by turning functional and technical requirements into designs that can be implemented and deployed across relevant systems. You will build knowledge of existing application logic, integrations and shared technical standards, then prepare design documents, UML diagrams, process descriptions and interface definitions. You will also prepare and execute test cases, set regression coverage, and report dependencies, risks, changes and delivery impact to project leads and IT management.

Your responsibilities

• Design technical solutions from functional requirements and align them with internal standards for reliable rollout.

• Communicate technical risks, dependencies and delays proactively to project leads and IT management.

Your profile

Essential skills

• Bring at least 6 years of experience in technical analysis, including design documents, UML diagrams and process descriptions.
• Apply .NET, SQL and NoSQL to solution design, data interactions and application integration.
• Analyse complex IT environments, including historical application logic and structured operational processes.
• Connect architecture, functional analysis, development and operations, working independently and collaboratively.
• Apply unit testing, non-regression testing, test cases and technical documentation to maintain quality.
• Explain technical subjects clearly and show willingness to deepen knowledge of domain-driven design, containers and Microsoft Azure.

Preferred skills

• Use design patterns, system integration, administration, software engineering and data monitoring.
• Have experience with domain-driven design, containers, Microsoft Azure cloud computing or Angular.

Languages

• English, C1, for professional speaking, reading and writing.
• Dutch, A1 minimum, with C1 proficiency preferred.
• French, A1 minimum, with C1 proficiency preferred.
