ITS Group S.A. is seeking a Senior Technology Security Architect to strengthen security in the Belgian energy sector. You will define secure architectures and embed security across the full SDLC, translating requirements into practical standards and guardrails.

You will collaborate with development, platform, risk, and compliance teams to mitigate technical security risks and enhance cyber resilience in ISO 27001/NIS2 context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as ICT Security Architect.
• 5+ years implementing IAM in line with company policies.
• 3+ years securing Azure containers and/or Kubernetes clusters.
• 3+ years DevSecOps practices in software delivery pipelines.
• Experience defining and enforcing security standards and guidelines.
• Proven experience in Risk Management and cloud-native architectures.
• Dutch or French at CEFR C1 level with CEFR B2 in the other language.

Responsabilités

• Review solution and technical designs from a security perspective.
• Perform threat modelling and security architecture reviews.
• Provide security guidance on IAM, API security, container security, and Azure cloud-native architectures.
• Define and automate security controls within CI/CD and DevSecOps processes.
• Advise teams on secure coding and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with development, platform teams, risk and compliance stakeholders; support external teams.
• Monitor cyber threats and translate them into architecture and security measures.
