Vector Synergy is seeking a skilled Senior Systems Administrator based in Brussels. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience with both Microsoft Windows and Linux platforms, as well as relevant Microsoft Certifications.

This role demands strong troubleshooting abilities under pressure and requires a Security Clearance at NATO Secret level. You will be responsible for maintaining critical databases and supporting ISR-related services in a military context.

Essential

• Have at least 6 years of professional experience as a Systems Administrator with background in both Microsoft Windows and Linux platforms.
• Be able to understand, assess and solve technical issues in a troubleshooting environment and under time pressure constraints.
• Have system administration experience in a Microsoft/LINUX (MS WS SVR 2016 or above, RHEL 7.5 or above, HyperV and VMware) environment to include experience with maintaining Oracle and SQL databases.
• Have Microsoft Certifications in Server 2019/2022 and Windows 10/11 and virtualization (e.g., VMware).
• Have experience with the installation, support, configuration and troubleshooting of the CSD services.
• Possess level V (Advanced) of the English language.
• Possess a Security Clearance at NS level.
• Recent experience providing ISR technical services support to Military and Coalition Operations.
• Be experienced in supporting and operating ISR-related services, specifically the STANAG 4559 ed. 4, Coalition Shared Data server (CSD) services (product library, streaming services, SPS++ ISR Workflow process).
• Experience with ISR service interfaces between STANAG 4559 compliant systems and non-STANAG 4559 compliant ISR systems.
• Experience with Information Exchange Gateway solutions supporting ISR service interfaces between different classification level networks.
• Experience with storage, access, problem reporting and change control of configuration items (CIs).
• Strong foundation in system security issues.
• Possess a Security Clearance at CTS level.

Desirable
