frog, part of Capgemini Invent, Brussels studio is looking for a Senior Strategist to lead growth and innovation engagements with researchers, technologists, designers and programme managers. You will own delivery and client relationships end to end, shaping scope, conducting mixed-methods research and translating insights into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business/management/strategy/economics, MBA a plus.
• 3+ years in growth/innovation strategy, with client-facing ownership.
• Experience owning senior client relationships and contributing to business development.
• Strong consulting skills across research, synthesis and storytelling.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagements end to end, including growth strategy and business model design.
• Own client relationships, shape scope and manage senior stakeholders.
• Design and conduct mixed-methods research; synthesize insights.
• Translate insights into strategic recommendations and board-ready outputs.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Evaluate business impact and guide strategic direction.
• Create compelling storylines and presentations in line with frog standards.
• Contribute to thought leadership and support business development.
• Coach and mentor junior strategists on projects.
