frog, part of Capgemini Invent, Brussels studio, seeks Senior Strategists to lead end-to-end engagements with researchers, technologists, designers and programme managers. You will own the client relationship, frame scope, and deliver actionable roadmaps.

You will design and conduct mixed-methods research, translate insights into strategic recommendations, and drive board-ready presentations. Mentorship and business development are part of the role, with cross- disciplinary collaboration valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, management, strategy or economics; MBA with innovation focus is a plus.
• 3+ years in growth strategy, innovation strategy, business model design or foresight with content ownership.
• Track record owning senior client relationships and contributing to business development.
• Strong consulting skills: research, facilitation, storytelling, and hypothesis-driven problem solving.

To support the accelerated growth of our Brussels studio, we are currently recruiting Senior Strategists.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Senior Strategist at frog, you will lead engagements alongside researchers, technologists, designers and programme managers, owning delivery and the client relationship end to end. Depending on the project, you will be prepared to:

• Lead Business Reinvention engagements end to end, including growth and portfolio strategy, business model design, innovation strategy and foresight, from framing the client's challenge to handing over an execution roadmap
• Own the client relationship on your projects: shape the scope, manage senior stakeholders and be the person the client calls first
• Design and conduct mixed-methods research, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, and synthesise groundbreaking insights
• Translate research insights into strategic recommendations in the form of storyboards, business cases, board-ready presentations, etc., and drive validation efforts
• Facilitate collaboration, co-creation and alignment around vision, strategy and execution through workshops and client working sessions
• Evaluate the business impact of recommendations, innovate on business models and pricing structures, and guide strategic direction
• Create captivating and impactful storylines and presentations to narrate your ideas according to frog standards
• Contribute to the scale-up of frog Belgium through thought leadership, including insights, points of view and innovative methods, continuous contribution to business development and other entrepreneurial initiatives
• Help shape proposals and pitches for new and existing clients, and, as you grow in the role, coach and mentor junior strategists on your projects
• Be part of the pond and collaborate closely with your Capgemini colleagues

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO HAVE

• A master’s degree in a field such as business, management, strategy or economics, preferably with a focus on innovation and entrepreneurship. An MBA, ideally with a focus on innovation management, or an additional master’s degree is a plus
• 3+ years of project experience in growth strategy, innovation strategy, business model design, foresight, or related business innovation disciplines, with strong content ownership and the potential to grow into leading workstreams and mentoring junior team members
• A track record of owning senior client relationships and contributing directly to business development, including proposals, pitches or account growth
• We expect strong core consulting skills: quantitative and qualitative research, workshop facilitation, storytelling, advanced presentation design, structured and hypothesis-driven problem-solving, stakeholder management, data analysis, business case and business modelling, market sizing and strategic ideation, such as scenario planning, validation and innovation sprints
• You can express yourself fluently, both in writing and orally, in Dutch and French. Full professional working proficiency in English is required
• Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel, including business modelling. Experience with data and visualisation tools, such as Power BI, and new forms of delivery is a plus
