AWS EMEA SARL (Belgium Branch) is seeking a Solutions Architect to build deep technical partnerships with Enterprise customers in the Benelux region. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers design, migrate and optimize scalable cloud architectures using AWS technologies.

You will lead architecture reviews, run white-boarding sessions, demos and technical workshops, and collaborate with account teams, professional services and partners to accelerate adoption and business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture, design, and implementation for cloud solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record leading architecture reviews and workshops.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

As a Solutions Architect at AWS, you’ll build technical relationships with customers of all sizes and operate as their trusted advisor, ensuring they get the most out of the cloud at every stage of their journey.

As a Solutions Architect at AWS, you’ll build technical relationships with customers of all sizes and operate as their trusted advisor, ensuring they get the most out of the cloud at every stage of their journey.

You’ll manage the overall technical relationship between AWS and our customers, help them design and build some of the most scalable, flexible and resilient cloud architectures and solutions.

You’ll understand the customer's needs and give prescriptive guidance on how to create business value with AWS technology.

You’ll lead activities such as architecture reviews, white-boarding sessions, demos and technical workshops. You'll collaborate with other teams such as account management, professional services, support, product teams and the AWS partner ecosystem.

In this role you will get to practice your creativity, linking technology to tangible solutions and educating AWS customers about the art of the possible. You will have the opportunity to define and create best practices, technical content and new reference architectures (e.g. white papers, code samples, blog posts) and evangelize and educate about AWS technology (e.g. through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos or conferences).

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• Experience in architecture, design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• Experience driving technical discussions, architecture design sessions & solution reviews
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with High-Tech & Manufacturing Industry
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
• Experience with AWS technologies
• Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering)
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and their practical application in enterprise environments (e.g. machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI)
