Job summary

EMW, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to lead system and solution engineering for complex, multi-domain ICT projects. The role requires MBSE throughout the lifecycle and ownership of designated operational nodes within NATO-aligned contexts.

The candidate must hold an active NATO SECRET clearance, possess a degree in a relevant engineering discipline, and have extensive experience in system integration, architecture, and cross-domain coordination. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance is required.
• Degree in Systems/Telecommunications/Computer/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of professional engineering experience on complex ICT/CIS and highly integrated systems.
• Experience in Systems Engineering or Solution Architecture for complex systems.
• Professional proficiency in English, including technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• System and Solution Engineering: translate requirements into DCIS solutions and define the overall technical solution and architecture.
• Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) throughout the lifecycle.
• Complex Systems Product Ownership for designated operational Nodes: maintain design responsibility and Node roadmap.
• Multi-Domain Technical Integration: coordinate contributions across networks, SATCOM, infrastructure, cyber, cloud, and security domains.
• Technical Coordination: act as the primary focal point and translate system requirements into clear engineering tasks for SMEs.
